To David, the heavens included the sky above, the earth’s atmosphere, and outer space, with its planets, galaxies, and stars. David argued that the heavens speak clearly, in fact they cry aloud, of the glory (fullness and weight) of God Almighty. Almost 4000 years later we can still confidently proclaim the same thing.<\/p>\n
Marilyn Voss Savant is called the “brain lady” because she has been listed in the Guinness Book Of World Records<\/em> as the person with the highest IQ. She is not a believer, but when asked, “Suppose you could make one change in the physical universe, what change would be most useful to mankind?” She replied, “I’m afraid that a change in just one law in the physical universe would cause the other laws to topple like dominoes.” Her answer was correct.<\/p>\n Although Savant wouldn\u2019t admit to believing in God, she had to acknowledge that our world is very intricately designed and delicately balanced. For example, the earth’s temperature must be maintained within a very narrow range for life to be sustainable; and this temperature is dependent on, among other factors, the earth\u2019s distance from the sun and the rate at which it is spinning. God’s design speaks of some of His beautiful characteristics: His craftsmanship, honesty, power, intelligence, and moral excellence. David went on to argue that the best source of information and understanding about God is from His Word.
