Soooooo . . .
. . . tomorrow! tomorrow! I love ya tomorrow . . .
Last day of radiation! Cancer treatment is over!!!!! Wow!
And all of you, you have been so faithful to stay with me and encourage me and shower me with so much love! Gifts! Food! Cards! Notes! And Prayers! The prayers lifted me and carried me. I knew every day that I went for treatment and every day in between that there were my sisters and brothers, prayer warriors, heading in there with me, covering me in prayer. God‘s presence has been so strong that even in the midst of the most difficult times, I found joy; I found peace; I found comfort; and I found courage. Prayers make a difference. I am humbled and blessed.
I have another surgery to go through. May 6 I go to UCLA to remove an unrelated tumor. There is a team of doctors that will be working with me. They specialize in this type of tumor, which I guess is a little unusual. Once again I feel perfect peace.
I do need the healing process from the radiation to speed up a little bit as I’ve got some pretty significant burns. They need to be healed up before I have surgery. I know without even asking that you will continue to pray for me, and I thank you ahead of time. All of you are so amazing, and I am so very very grateful to You. And I’m so grateful to the Lord for blessing me with all of these wonderful friends. You aren’t just friends, you’ve become like family.
I am a blessed woman
