Permission

When I say that I am His, I mean that I give Him permission to do with my life whatever brings Him the most glory. In exchange for that, I have received eternal life, joy, peace, and a sense of belonging to something much bigger than what this world can offer.

In the next few days, I again am going to give Him permission—even though He doesn’t need it—to do whatever He desires with my life. Actually, not just the next few days, but especially the next few days.

I give permission because I need to give permission to be totally in submission to His will. I’m in the best place I can be.
